05-09-2014 – Motorcyclist has to stop quickly in the wet to avoid T-boning unobservant car driver on round-a-bout (Port Macquarie, New South Wales)

Original YouTube Description:

I was riding along Oxley Highway, Port Macquarie NSW on my
way to work for my Friday night shift. It just started to rain
therefore making the road extremely slippery. As all motorcycle
riders know the first drop of rain on our roads brings all the oil,
muck and grime to the surface therefore making it extremely
slippery. This is not good if you have to do an emergency stop.

As I approached Clifton Drive/Fernhill Road roundabout I slowed
down ready to go straight through knowing it was wet and
slippery. I had the right of way, as I was on the roundabout a near
new Green Ford Falcon XR6 sedan pulled out in front of me close
to hitting me. I still wondered if he could see me or not? I beeped
my horn he didn’t even acknowledge I was riding nor that he got
beeped at.

I APOLOGIZE FOR MY SWEARING BUT I WAS REALLY ANNOYED!
