Riding home from lunch in the city and this unfolds before my eyes. I was concerned for the other moto rider, he pulled over to collect himself further along and seemed okay. Did a loop back to see if I could identify both cars, but never saw them again. Turns out I did get one of the plates as per the still at the end with plate check information.
